137.01 ASSISTANT APPOINTED TO ACT AS PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.51, the Law Director is hereby authorized to appoint an assistant to act as Prosecuting Attorney in the Municipal Court of the City at a salary designated by Council. (1993 Code 31.21(B))
