1321.99 PENALTY.

Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, or demolishes any exterior architectural feature now or hereafter in Roscoe Village in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
