1321.02 ROSCOE VILLAGE DISTRICT.
   There is hereby created in the City a historical district to be known as the Roscoe Village bounded and described as follows:
   Being a part of the Roscoe Area of the City in the Second Quarter of Range 6 and Township 5 in Jackson Township, Coshocton County, State of Ohio, which is further described as follows: beginning from a point at the intersection of the north line of the abandoned T.W.V. & O. Railroad right-of-way which line is also a north corporation line of the City with the township line between Tuscarawas and Jackson Townships which line is also the center line of the Walhonding River; thence north 52 degrees, 45 feet east along the north corporation line and the north line of the right-of-way of the abandoned T.W.V. & O. Railroad, a distance of 2,066 feet to a point on the west side of Whitewoman Street; thence north 18 degrees, 45 feet west continuing along the north corporation line of the City, a distance of 160 feet to a point at the east corner of Lot 4015 (formerly Lot 160 in Ransom, Swayne and Medberry's Addition to the Village of Roscoe); thence north 83 degrees, 45 feet west continuing along the north corporation line to a point on the northerly extension of the west line of Caldersburg Street; thence in a southerly and southwesterly direction along the west line of Caldersburg Street to a point on the south line of a 22.44-foot alley sometimes known as School Street; thence in a southeasterly direction along the south line of a 22.44-foot alley to a point on the west line of Roscoe Street; thence in a southwesterly direction along the west line of Roscoe Street to a point on the south line of High Street; thence in a southeasterly direction along the south line of High Street to a point at the northeast corner of Out Lot 38 R; thence in a southerly direction along the south line of such Out Lot 38 R and the south line of Out Lot 39 R to a point at the southeast corner of such Out Lot 39 R which point is also on the north line of Out Lot 25 R; thence in a northeasterly direction along the north line of Out Lot 25 R to a point at the northeast corner of such Out Lot 25 R; thence in a southerly direction along the south line of such Out Lot 25 R and the south line of Lot 23 R to a point on the south line of West Chestnut Street; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of West Chestnut Street to a point at the northwest corner of Out Lot 10 R; thence in a southeasterly direction along the west line of such Out Lot 10 R to a point at the southwest corner of such Out Lot 10 R; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of such Out Lot 10 R and Out Lot 9 R and the south line of a 16-foot alley to a point at the northeast corner of Out Lot 3 R; thence in a southerly direction along the east line of such Out Lot 3 R to a point at the southeast comer of such Out Lot 3 R which point is also the northeast corner of Out Lot 2 R; thence in a southerly direction along the east line of such Out Lot 2 R to a point at the southeast comer of such Out Lot 2 R which point is also the northwest corner of Out Lot 1 R; thence in a southeasterly and easterly direction along the north line of such Out Lot 1 R to a point at the northeast corner of such Out Lot 1 R; thence in a southerly direction along the east line of such Out Lot 1 R to a point at the southeast corner of such Out Lot 1 R which point is also on the south corporation line of the City; thence in an easterly direction along the corporation line of the City to a point on the aforementioned township line between Jackson and Tuscarawas Townships which line is the center line of the Muskingum River; thence in a northerly direction along the township line and the center line of the Muskingum River to a point at the head or beginning of the Muskingum River at the intersection of the center line of the Tuscarawas River with the center line of the Walhonding River; thence in a northwesterly direction along the township line and the censor line of the Walhonding River to the point of beginning.
