1309.04 REMOVAL OR ABATEMENT.
   On the recommendation of the Safety Service Director that the buildings complained of are in fact insecure, dangerous or hazardous, Council may, by resolution, order the same to be removed or abated. (Ord. 53-15. Passed 12-21-15.)
