1115.01 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

(a) Division into Districts. For the purpose of this chapter, the City is divided into nine categories of zoning districts.

(b) Designation of Districts. Such nine districts are designated as follows:

Residence Districts

R-1 One-Family Residence District

R-2 One and Two-Family Residence District

R-3 Multi-Family Residence District

R-4 Planned Residential District

Nonresidence Districts

B-1 Neighborhood Business District

B-2 Downtown Business District

B-3 General Business District

M-1 Light Manufacturing District

M-2 General Manufacturing District
