1107.02 COMPOSITION; COMPENSATION; APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   The City Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of five members: The Mayor, the
Director of Public Safety and Service, and three citizens of the City. Such members shall serve without compensation. These terms shall be as per the Ohio Revised Code 713.01.
