(a) Recyclable materials placed at the site of trash collection in a specifically designated bin including newspapers, glass, aluminum containers, bi-metal containers, plastic milk jugs, and plastic two-liter bottles, and such other materials determined by the City, will be collected by the City’s authorized agent. No person shall remove any recyclable materials or the bin in which they are placed.
(b) Trash items placed at the site of trash collection will be collected and removed by the City’s authorized agent. No person shall rummage through or remove another’s trash including trash bags, trash cans, boxes, or any other items designated to be trash by being placed out for pick up at the designated pickup site.
