923.05 REMOVAL OR DEFACEMENT OF STREET SIGNS OR PROPERTY NUMBERS.

No person shall willfully obstruct or interfere in any manner with any person employed by Council in placing numbers or names of the streets, and no person shall willfully or maliciously tear down, remove, or deface any property numbers or names of any street in the City.
