909.02 GRADE AND SUPERVISION BY CITY ENGINEER.

All sidewalks hereafter directed by Council to be constructed shall be laid with the established line of grade of the street along which the sidewalk is ordered, and this line or grade shall be fixed by the City Engineer. The laying of each sidewalk shall be subject to the supervision and inspection of the City Engineer.
