729.07 CERTAIN PERSONS EXEMPT.

This subchapter shall not apply to persons selling by sample only, nor to the sale of goods imported from other states or foreign countries and sold in unbroken and original packages, nor to sales by auction or the sale of any agricultural articles or products offered or exposed for sale by the producer. (1993 Code 120.12)
