723.03 LICENSE CONTENTS; REVOCATION.
Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall name the person who is authorized to act under it, and shall specify the kind of traffic to be engaged in, at what point or place in the City the traffic is to be engaged in, and the period for which the license is to continue in force. The Mayor may revoke any license so issued on satisfactory proof that the holder thereof is a person of bad reputation, or that there is carried on under the license different or additional traffic than that authorized by it, on failure of the person taking out the license after being notified, to show cause why revocation should not be made. The Mayor may waive the permit and fee specified herein for locally sponsored festivals and fundraising events.
