717.06 UNLICENSED SALES; APPEALS.

On application of the Director of Public Safety and Service to the Court of Common Pleas, any unlicensed distress merchandise sale shall be enjoined. Any person seeking a license for a distress merchandise sale, and refused by the Director, may, within thirty days of the refusal, appeal the refusal to the Court of Common Pleas.
