533.01 FREQUENTING PUBLIC REST ROOMS OF THE OPPOSITE SEX.
   (a)   No person shall enter any public rest room or comfort station in the City which is set aside and clearly designated for exclusive use of the opposite sex. The provisions of this section shall not apply to plumbers, janitors, and similarly employed persons when doing necessary cleaning and repair work at the request and under the direction of the owner or occupant of the building in which the rest room or comfort station is located, nor shall this section apply to any child when accompanied by his mother, father or other chaperon.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
