331.06 DRIVING OR PARKING ON SIDEWALKS.

(a) No person shall drive, stand or park a vehicle on a sidewalk, street lawn area, or the curb of a street, except when entering or leaving a permanent or temporary driveway or when lawfully authorized. This section shall have no application to tricycles.

(1993 Code 72.55)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
