925.99 PENALTY.

In addition to all other penalties described herein, whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The City may also elect to bring an action consistent with Ohio R.C. 901.51 and the penalties provided in Ohio R.C. 901.99 in addition or in replace of this Section.
