When it is necessary for the City to remove trees from a Tree Lawn in connection with the repair, replacement or construction of a sidewalk or street, the City shall try to plant an equal number of trees. If conditions prevent planting on the Tree Lawn, an equivalent number of trees will be planted on other City property. (Ord. 24-23. Passed 8-7-23.)
