925.11 CITY PRUNING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   In addition to pruning for street and sidewalk clearance, the City shall have the right to prune portions of any tree or shrub on private property as follows:
      (1)   Where it encroaches on public property
      (2)   When it interferes with the proper spread of light along the street from a street light
      (3)   When it interferes with visibility of any traffic control device, sign, fire hydrant, or sight triangle at intersection
   (b)   The City shall have the right to prune, after thirty (30) days, such tree and charge the cost to be included as an assessment on the owner's property tax duplicate. The charge shall be the actual cost of removal plus our additional fifty percent (50%) of said bill for administrative collection costs. Notice shall be as per Section 925.10.
