925.07 PLANTING GUIDELINES FOR TREES OUTSIDE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY.

All trees outside the right-of-way must be planted at least five (5) feet from public sidewalks. If there is no sidewalk, trees must be planted at least five (5) feet from the outer edge of the right-of-way.
