925.05 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

It shall be the responsibility of the CTC to report to Council annually. The CTC shall also be responsible to disseminate news and information to residents of the City and to educate them in the proper care and handling of trees, shrubs, and other landscaping.
