917.04 CURB CUT PERMIT REQUIRED: FEE.

No person shall break or make an opening in the curb on any street in the City without first applying for and obtaining a permit from the Director of Public Safety and Service authorizing and permitting the curb to break or open. The Director shall charge a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the permit.
