A licensee who has been refused a license or whose license has been revoked may appeal in writing to the legislative authority of Coshocton within thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of the notice of denial or revocation.
The Legislative Authority shall hold a hearing on the appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting. The appellant shall be permitted to present evidence and argument. The Legislative Authority shall then vote on the granting or denying of the permit. The Mayor's decision may only be reversed by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the Legislative Authority.
