705.03 MAYOR AND/OR SAFETY SERVICE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR LICENSE ISSUANCE.

The Mayor or the Safety Service Director is hereby authorized to issue the licenses required by this chapter, upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in this chapter.
