191.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 191.01 through 191.15 for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(b) Whoever violates Section 191.09(c) shall also be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any employee of the City who violates Section 191.09(c) is guilty of a offense punishable by immediate dismissal. (Ord. 62-04. Passed 11-22-04.)
