   1333.04 OIL OR GAS DERRICKS NEAR BUILDINGS.
    No person shall construct a derrick for the purpose of drilling for oil or gas within 350 feet of any dwelling, house, stable, factory, or other building within the City. This shall be considered a nuisance under this chapter.
