1333.02 NUISANCE DEFINED.
   (a)   A nuisance for the purpose of this chapter shall be defined, but not limited to the following: All tall, unsightly or noxious weeds, vines or grass, junk items, unkept piles of wood, loose garbage or trash, unapproved and/or inadequate number of acceptable containers used for storage of refuse and debris, leaving trash and garbage containers uncovered, standing water on the ground or in cans, tires, discards and/or structural features fostering the breeding of mosquitoes, allowing the premises to be in such a manner as to attract rodents, animals and/or insects, and any other conditions further described in this chapter including junk, junk cars, gas derricks or failure to have a city water and sewer connection.
   (b)    High grass or weeds shall be defined as eight (8) inches or higher.
   (c)    Each container placed at the curb or alley as designated above, and each other item set out for collection, shall be placed at the location no earlier than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the regular date of collection in the locality as established by the contractor. The containers shall be removed from the required location within twenty-four hours after the collection has taken place, as provided in Section 979.03 (c) of Coshocton City Codified Ordinances.
