739.06 STOP WORK ORDER.

Any contractor found to be working without first registering with the City of Coshocton, shall be issued a STOP WORK ORDER, that shall remain in force until registration is accomplished. Failure to cease work after receiving a stop work order is hereby declared a public nuisance. (Ord. 59-19. Passed 12-9-19.)
