(a) UTVs/Mini-Trucks may be operated on streets and highways within the City of
Coshocton, which have an established speed limit of not greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour and meet the following requirements:
(1) All UTV's /Mini-Trucks must be inspected by the City of Coshocton and receive a sticker to be displayed.
(2) Stickers shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months, starting April 01 and ending March 31 of each year.
(3) The cost for an inspection and a sticker shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Inspections shall be done by appointment only at Coshocton City Hall, 760 Chestnut Street, Coshocton, OH 43812. Appointments can be made by calling (740) 623-5922.
(4) The City of Coshocton is authorized to refuse to issue a permit or revoke a permit previously issued if the operator has not complied with the rules under Chapter 376.
