UTVs/Mini-Trucks are permitted to be operated on any Coshocton City Street with a speed
limit of thirty-five (35) mph or less provided the following standards are complied with:
(a) All state and city traffic codes are complied with by the owner/operator
(b) The operator can show current proof of financial responsibility as with any other motor vehicle that operates in the State of Ohio.
(c) The vehicle displays a valid sticker from the City of Coshocton as required by this Section.
(d) The operator has a current Ohio Driver's License.
