(a) "UTV" A UTV (utility task vehicle) is a four- to six-wheel off-road vehicle equipped with a steering wheel and seating with seatbelts, foot pedals, and a roll bar or cage.
(b) A mini-truck may be operated in the City of Coshocton after inspection and the issuance of a valid sticker as permitted under Section 4511.215 Local authorization for operation of low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle, or a mini-truck.
(c) "Owner" means any person or firm, other than a lienholder or dealer, having title to an all purpose vehicle, or other right to the possession thereof.
(d) "Operator" means any person who operates or is in actual physical control of a UTV or Mini truck.
(e) "Street" means any Coshocton City Street with a posted speed limit of thirty-five (35) miles per hour or less. (Ord. 17-22. Passed 4-25-22.)
