The City of Coshocton has contracted with the Mid-East Ohio Building Department, 205 N. 7th St., Zanesville, Ohio 43701 (740-455-7905) for the Plan Approval for all Commercial Construction Work except for 1-3 Family Housing. The Certificate of Plan Approval must be obtained before the City of Coshocton Building Permit is issued.
