A nuisance shall be defined, but not limited to the following: All tall, unsightly or noxious weeds , vines or grass, junk items, unkempt piles of wood, loose garbage or trash, unapproved and/or inadequate number of acceptable containers used for the storage of refuse and debris, leaving trash and garbage containers uncovered, standing water on the ground, in cans, tires, discards and/or structural features fostering the breeding of mosquitoes, allowing the premises to be in such a manner as to attract rodents, animals and/or insects.
