1351.25 APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE.

Refrigerators, household appliances, and household furniture shall not be discarded, abandoned, or stored outside of the dwelling unit. Such appliances and furniture must be removed from the exterior property within 5 days of the notification to the property owner and/or occupant. (Ord. 53-15. Passed 12-21-15.)
