1311.10 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.

The contractor must remove or abate all hazardous materials as per the standards set forth in OSHA 29CFR Part 1926.650(a) and 1926.1101(a). Such materials may include: lead based paint, asbestos, heavy metals, petroleum products, chemicals, explosives, etc.
