1311.03 DEMOLITION PERMIT.
   Application by any person for a demolition permit shall be in the form prescribed by, and filed with, the Safety Service Director. Such application shall describe the demolition to be accomplished. Application shall be made by the owner or the contractor employed to conduct such demolition, or the agent of either; unless made by the owner the applicant shall evidence his authority to make application by means of a duly verified affidavit of the owner. Permit will expire in 60 days after issue date for Residential - 1 and 2 Family Structure, 90 days after issue date for Commercial Structure and 180 days after issue date for Industrial Structure (over 50,000 square feet). Permit will not be issued until an approved Erosion and Sediment Permit is secured.
