739.05 REGISTRATION TERM.
   (a)   All contractor registrations shall be annual registrations and shall terminate on December 31, of each year. A renewal application will be sent out one month in advance of expiration to the contractor's last mailing address of record in the contractor's registration. It shall not be a defense for failure to obey the terms of this chapter if the City does not send said registration or if it is not received by the registrant.
   (b)   Conditions for Registration Renewal. The City Building Department shall issue a renewal certificate of registration to any contractor who meets the requirements stated herein.
      (1)   The contractor has been issued an original certificate of registration.
      (2)   The contractor has updated his original application by making any changes that have occurred in the information contained on his original application.
      (3)   Evidence of continuing liability insurance coverage and Worker's Compensation in the amounts as required for issuance of the original certificate of registration and copy of a state license if applicable.
      (4)   Payment of the renewal certificate or notice of credit years applied from the City Income Tax Office.
