155.01 COMPOSITION.

(a) The Civil Service Commission of the City shall consist of three members who shall be appointed by the Mayor, not more than two of which shall be adherents to the same political party, for the terms provided by Ohio R.C. 124.40.

(b) The Civil Service Commissioners shall organize by the selection of one of their members as President. The Commission may employ a secretary.
