§ 35.05 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   (A)   The ad valorem tax is levied for the purpose of paying officers and employees of the city, for street cleaning and street improvements, construction and reconstruction of streets, as well as the current expenses of the city, and shall be known as the General Fund for the purpose of paying all legal claims arising against the city.
   (B)   Revenues collected as a result of the Special Ad Valorem Tax shall be maintained in a separate bank account for the Sewer Fund. Revenue collected shall be shown on each annual budget as a separate line item for the installation, maintenance and upkeep of the Wastewater System.
