The Vacant Property Review Commission shall be made up of residents of the City of Corydon, Kentucky who have attained the age of eighteen (18) prior to the date of their appointment to said Commission. Although it is preferred that the members of said Commission have a background involving the building trades, including but not limited to, construction, engineering, or architecture, it is not required that the members of said Commission have such a background.
