§ 150.12 DUTIES OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   The Vacant Property Review Commission shall conduct regular, monthly meetings. Said regular, monthly meetings shall be conducted on the second Thursday of each month, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., in the Corydon City Building, 130 Main Street, Corydon, Kentucky 42406. Said regular, monthly meetings shall be open to the public.
   (B)   At said regular, monthly meetings of the Vacant Property Review Commission, shall hear petitions to certify real properties located in the City of Corydon, Kentucky to the City Council as being blighted or deteriorated. The Building Inspector for the city shall present petitions to certify to said Commission. In addition, petitions to certify may also be presented to said Commission by residents of the city, as well as such other persons as said Commission may determine to possess relevant, credible, and reliable knowledge. In hearing said petitions to certify, said Commission shall consider evidence including, but not limited to photographs, and written and oral arguments.
   (C)   After hearing any given petition to certify, said Commission shall discuss, deliberate and decide whether the real property at issue should be certified to the City Council as being blighted or deteriorated. Said discussions, deliberations, and decisions shall occur at a regular, monthly meeting.
   (D)   Decisions and certifications of the Vacant Property Review Commission shall be made by a majority vote.
