§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any pawnbroker or pawnbroker's clerk who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, and his or her license may be forfeited to the city.
