§ 71.06 TRUCK WEIGHT LIMIT.
   (A)   No person shall operate on any street or public way in the city any truck which exceeds 36,000 pounds gross weight, including the load.
   (B)   The fine for violating this weight limit shall be the same as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.990 (2) (a) .
