(A) Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of § 50.011(D), the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of this section.
(B) Any residence, office, recreational facility, or other establishment used for human occupancy where the building drain is below the elevation to obtain a grade equivalent to 1/8-inch per foot in the building sewer but is otherwise accessible to a public sewer as provided in §§ 50.011 - 50.014, the owner shall provide a private sewage pumping station as provided in § 50.012(E)(8).
(C) All newly constructed residences and/or businesses shall pay the current tap fee and hook onto the system within 30 days of obtaining a building permit. Billing for sewer services shall begin when residence/business is occupied or water usage exceeds base rate.
(D) Temporary septic tank use in unsewered areas of the City shall be allowed, however, when sewer lines are available, developed properties must pay a tap fee and hook onto the public sewer system.
