§ 50.091 TYPES OF CHARGES AND FEES.
   The charges and fees as established in the City's schedule of charges and fees may include, but not be limited to:
   (A)   Inspection fee and tapping fee.
   (B)   Fees for applications for discharge.
   (C)   Sewer use charges.
   (D)   Surcharge fees.
   (E)   Industrial wastewater discharge permit fees.
   (F)   Fees for industrial discharge monitoring.
   (G)   All new residential customers will pay a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) refundable deposit. For owners of owner-occupied homes, the deposit shall be refundable after three (3) years with a good payment history. For owners of rental properties or other residential properties that are not owner-occupied, the deposit will be held until close of the customer's account and applied to any outstanding balance with the balance being refunded to the customer.
   (H)   Residents, including rental residents, will not receive service if an outstanding sewer bill exists.
   (I)   In the case of any mobile home or other structure that is presently not connected to the sewer system or other public utility and upon written verification that said mobile home or structure will be removed from the premises by August 1, 1996, and not, thereafter, replaced shall not be billed for sewer service nor assessed any fines or penalties.
   (J)   All newly constructed residences and/or businesses shall pay the current tap fee and hook onto the system within thirty (30) days of obtaining a Building Permit. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to the tap on fee if payment exceeds the stated thirty (30) day period. Billing for sewer service shall begin when residence/business is occupied, or water usage exceeds base rate.
   (K) Other fees as the City may deem necessary to carry out the requirements of this chapter.
