§ 30.072  REGULAR MEETING.
   (A)   The meetings of the governing body shall be held in the meeting place of the municipality. Regular meetings shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   At all meetings of the Board of Trustees, a majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum to do business.
