§ 32.07  IMPERSONATING FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely impersonate a firefighter by wearing a badge or other apparel usually worn by a firefighter for the purpose of obtaining any benefit whatsoever.
   (B)   Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit the theatrical representation of a firefighter for bona fide entertainment purposes when there is no intent to defraud.
