(a) Council recognizes the need to adopt the following codes:
(1) Ohio Fire Code (1301: 7-1-03) Section F102.0, FM102.8 - Enforcement.
(2) Ohio Revised Code 2305.232 Hazardous Material Immunity.
(3) Ohio Revised Code 3737.90 Hazardous Material Emergencies Coordination.
(4) Ohio Revised Code 3745.13 Environmental Emergencies Cost Recovery.
(b) Fees permitted to be charged for Fire Department equipment, personnel and materials will be as follows:
