133.04 FEE FOR FILING APPLICATION FOR ZONE CHANGE.
   (a)    A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is hereby set as the fee for filing of an application for a zone change.
   (b)    The fee shall be returned if the Planning, Zoning and Building Commission does not recommend the zone change to Council.
   (c)    The fee shall be due and payable to the City and shall be deposited with the Finance Director when application for a zone change is filed with the Clerk of the Planning, Zoning and Building Commission.
