SECTION 7.01 COMPOSITION AND TERM.

The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall consist of five (5) electors of the Municipality not holding other public office. The five (5) electors shall be appointed by the Mayor with confirmation by a majority of Council, and shall serve without compensation. Each regular appointment shall be for a term of five (5) years.

Any vacancy occurring during the term of any Member of the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner authorized for an original appointment.
