The Planning, Zoning, and Building Commission shall establish its own rules of operation. At its annual re-organization meeting in January, the Commission shall set its schedule of meetings for the coming year. All meetings shall be open to the public, and a record of each meeting, its resolutions, findings, and determinations shall be maintained. The Commission may cancel meetings when there is no business to be conducted.
