145.04 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   After one (1) year of service each part-time employee shall receive a uniform allowance dependent on the hours worked in the previous year:
      100-500 hours         $125.00
      500 hour or more      $250.00
